Children Our Future... Diversity Our Strength

Donned in Turkey, Pilgrim and Native American costumes, O'Neill Elementary students, under the direction of their music teacher, Michele Scala, told the story of Thanksgiving through song and verse. The activity culminated in a schoolwide food collection effort, where turkeys and all the trimmings will be distributed to local families to help make their Thanksgiving holiday a little brighter. Superintendent of Schools Dr. Sharon A. Dungee and O'Neill Elementary School Principal Kristine LoCascio congratulated Ms. Scala and her students for a delightful and entertaining performance.
